Our Health Coaching is designed to turn vague intentions into clear, achievable steps, so you feel genuinely in control of your wellbeing. We work with you one-on-one to clarify your goals, break them into manageable actions, and create a structure that fits your real life-not an ideal schedule on paper.

You can choose between focused or more in-depth guidance. Personal Wellness Coaching (US$65) supports you with regular, individual sessions to improve energy, mood, and daily habits. Lifestyle Change Coaching (US$75) is ideal when you are ready for deeper, long-term shifts in areas such as movement, sleep, and stress. Nutritional Guidance Sessions (US$55) concentrate on what is on your plate, helping you build satisfying, sustainable eating patterns rather than restrictive diets.

Whichever option you select, you receive practical recommendations, check-ins that keep you accountable, and a safe space to ask questions. Over time, small, consistent changes add up to stronger health, more confidence, and a routine you can maintain.
